Shipping Policy

At Khyati Trendz, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time across India. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched within 3–7 business days, while made-to-order products may require additional time. Delivery timelines vary by location, and shipping charges (including COD or Partial COD charges, if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. In case of damaged or lost shipments, please contact us within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video for assistance.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition with tags, packaging, proof of purchase, and a clear unboxing or issue video. Customized products, used items, delayed requests, or damages caused after delivery are not eligible for returns. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after verification, and customers may be required to self-ship the product unless the issue is confirmed to be due to a seller or shipping error.
